Scope: These Terms govern your use of our websites, portals, communities (incl. Discord), and educational services (the "Services").

1) Acceptance

By using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Do not use the Services if you disagree.

2) Educational Use Only (No Advice)

Our content is educational. We do not provide financial/investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice; nothing here is a solicitation to buy/sell securities or derivatives.

3) Eligibility

You must be the age of majority and have capacity to contract. The Services are not directed to children under 16 (or higher local age).

4) Accounts & Security

Provide accurate information and keep credentials safe. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts for risk or breach.

5) Plans, Billing & Refunds

Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled. You authorize charges for fees, taxes, and payment processor costs. Unless required by law or stated at checkout, fees are non-refundable. Local options (e.g., M-Pesa, compliant crypto) may be supported.

6) License & Content

You receive a limited, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, non-commercial educational use. Don't copy, share, resell, or create derivatives of paid materials without permission. If you post content, you grant us a limited license to host/display it to operate the Services.

7) Acceptable Use

No illegal, harmful, infringing, deceptive, or harassing activity; no malware; no scraping/reverse engineering except as allowed by law; no sharing of paid content; follow posted community rules.

8) Third-Party Services

We may link to or integrate third-party tools (e.g., Discord, payments, analytics). Their terms and privacy practices apply; we're not responsible for them.

9) Disclaimers & Risk

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Trading/investing involves substantial risk; losses can exceed deposits; past performance does not guarantee future results. Examples/backtests may be hypothetical.

10) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages or lost profits/revenue/data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid us in the past 12 months or (b) USD 100.

11) Indemnity

You will indemnify and hold us harmless against claims, losses, and costs (incl. reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use, or your breach of these Terms or law.

12) Suspension & Termination

We may suspend/terminate access for breach, risk, or misuse.

13) Compliance & Sanctions

You will comply with applicable export/sanctions laws and confirm you are not in a restricted jurisdiction or on a prohibited list.

14) Governing Law

• Governed by the Laws of the Republic of Kenya

15) Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified (e.g., banner/email) with an effective date. Continued use means acceptance.
